Broccolo [singular broccoli] is a series of 100 photographs of broccoli that aims to reassess our view of food.

"Food is a construct: an adaptation of the original. Whether we want this or not should be a choice, not a prescribed standard. We no longer think about what food is, what it means or where it comes from. I would like to create more awareness concerning what we eat.
